Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve internal workflows across departments
- Automate repetitive processes using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar
- Implement and manage internal tools (e.g., Notion, CRM, project management platforms)
- Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and a centralized knowledge base
- Train employees and enforce tool usage best practices
- Explore new technologies (including AI) to optimize internal operations
- Track tool usage and recommend system/process improvements
Must Have Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business systems, process automation, or digital operations
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Technology, Business Administration (IT/process focus), or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English
- Practical experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, or CRMs
- Proven ability to create clear SOPs and train non-technical users
- Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote or startup environment
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Power Automate
- Experience with Odoo ERP, especially automation and workflows
- Exposure to Ops AI Agent tools (e.g., Beam.ai, Adept, Lindy, ChatGPT agents)
- Understanding of knowledge management, low-code tools, or RPA platforms
